With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing partnerships with leading Australian and international developers, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Perth team.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working within a high-performing team, you will play a key role in managing stakeholders, driving programme outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You'll be involved in:
* End-to-end project delivery across industrial and commercial builds
* Managing budgets, programmes, and project risk
* Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases
* Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
* Client liaison and stakeholder management
* Driving value engineering and buildability outcomes
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

About You
* Proven experience delivering industrial or commercial construction projects
* Ability to manage projects in the $20M–$80M+ range
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contracts
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Solutions-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach
* Desire to grow long term within a stable, well-regarded business
