Opportunity
Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing business and take ownership of end‑to‑end accounting and financial management across the business. Partnering closely with the Finance Manager and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving operational and commercial decisions.
Role
* Prepare and manage month‑end and year‑end reporting, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow analysis.
* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes across manufacturing operations.
* Analyse production costs, inventory movements, and margins to provide actionable insights.
* Assist with audits, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
* Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in financial operations.
* Work closely with management to support strategic decision‑making.
About You
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification.
* 5+ years' experience in accounting, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑heavy sectors.
* Broad, hands‑on experience across general accounting, cost accounting, and reporting.
* Strong Excel and ERP skills.
* Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
