This role is centered around leading and managing the delivery of process and system improvements across the business.

* Coordinating project teams and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery

* Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and delivering IT solutions
* Strong expertise in business systems design, software development methodologies, and enterprise applications
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork
