Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to provide high-quality care to women and families in consultation with senior consultants and a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have the chance to gain diverse obstetrics and gynaecology experience in a regional teaching hospital environment, supported by a collaborative and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and gynaecological care to patients.
* Support medical student education and contribute to the University of Queensland's clinical teaching program.
* Play an active role in upgrading medical education and promoting quality improvement initiatives within the department.
About You:
* Hold a MBBS or equivalent qualification, eligible for registration with AHPRA.
* Have completed at least two years of postgraduate training (PHO level).
* Demonstrate a commitment to women's health, teamwork, and patient-centred care.
* Have an interest in teaching and developing clinical skills in a supportive regional setting.
