Leadership Role: Crisis Response Management
The position of Team Leader After Hours is available in our organisation. As a crisis response manager, you will lead a team that provides support to vulnerable individuals and families across various programs, including residential care, home-based care, and out-of-home care.
This leadership role requires effective management and coordination of the crisis response team, ensuring timely and high-quality risk assessments, advocacy, and service delivery. You will work closely with another team leader to provide day-to-day support, advice, and coaching to your team members.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ability to manage complex situations, and experience working in child protection, placement, and support services. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain high standards in a dynamic and high-risk environment.
