The Mercure Townsville has a unique opening for a Night Auditor who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference.
This role will involve Night Audit 2 days a week on Friday and Saturday, as well as shifts on the Front Desk when required. Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, nights, and weekends is a must.
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
Addressing guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
Checking guests in and out
Completing daily tasks that are allocated by your manager
Responding to accommodation enquiries
Recognising and welcoming regular guests
Maintaining accurate guest accounts
Ability to handle guest complaints positively and professionally
