Level 6, Pay Point 3: $58.19 p/h + superannuation 12% (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010)

About us

Westhaven provides client-centric, high quality programs and activities that provide whole of life support for people with disability, including offering houses that are homes, enabling choice and control and supporting clients to live life the way they choose.

About the role

Westhaven is looking for a People and Culture Systems Manager to oversee all systems and processes for managing employee data. This includes payroll inputs, organisational structure management, employee appointments, movements accreditation compliance monitoring. We’re seeking a candidate with a robust background in systems, data, and process management, and we’re open to applicants from people, IT or accounting backgrounds, who are also comfortable with people management.

Key responsibilities

- Westhaven Group Payroll and HR Processing
- System Management and Lead
- Reporting and Analysis
- Compliance Credentialing and Risk Identification
- Transactional Team Manager

Essential requirements

- A current NSW Driver’s licence.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
