Position Overview

Digital Service Representative (SNSW Clerk Grade 2/3) • Starting annual salary $62,500 (plus superannuation and leave loading)

Customer Service Representative (SNSW Clerk Grade 3/4) • Starting annual salary $71,959 (plus superannuation and leave loading)

Locations: Brookvale Service Centre & Warriewood Service Centre

We are recruiting for customer-facing roles that keep our Service Centres running smoothly and help customers feel supported.

Your Impact

You will be the first point of contact in our Service Centres, assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries. Your friendly approach, patience and ability to explain things simply will shape every customer's experience.

You will work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly, create a welcoming environment and handle complaints or complex enquiries with care and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

* Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
* Resilience to work in a fast paced environment while staying calm and solutions focused
* Positive approach to teamwork and willingness to support others
* Good attention to detail, especially when managing complex or sensitive enquiries
* Confidence using computers and navigating multiple systems
* Understanding of how to handle personal and confidential information responsibly

Working Hours

Part‐time – minimum 40 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday) or Full‐time – 70 hours per fortnight. Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster, which may include Saturdays. Hours during operating hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 7:30 pm; Saturday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
