Canberra Southern Cross Club is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead food and beverage service at our Jamison venue. This is a high-volume, well-established venue with a loyal clientele, a strong team, and a great culture.
You'll lead the food and beverage team, drive service standards, and play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for our members and guests. This is a hands‐on leadership role with real ownership across service delivery, team performance, and day‐to‐day operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
* 3–5+ years' experience in hospitality leadership
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold standards and drive accountability
* Experience managing high-volume service environments
* Solid commercial awareness across labour, costs, and performance
* Confident decision‐making and problem‐solving ability
* RSA (RCG preferred)
