Administration Support Officer Role
This hands-on administration role provides day-to-day operational support to various teams within the organization.
* Assist with scheduling, paperwork, communication, and compliance management.
* Provide administrative support to teams including data entry, filing systems, and other clerical tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
General Administration Support
* Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general enquiries effectively.
* Maintain accurate registers for vehicles, fuel cards, and freight records.
Operations & Freight Support
* Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and vehicle movements efficiently.
* Track delivery status and update staff or clients accordingly.
Project & Site Support
* Support site teams with inductions, timesheets, and site documentation.
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery times and material availability.
Finance & Purchasing Support
* Assist with purchase orders, quotes, and supplier communication.
* Verify and file invoices, receipts, and delivery dockets for approval.
Team & Office Support
* Maintain office supplies and equipment in good working order.
* Support internal communication between teams and management.
