Fuse Wine Services is one of Australia's largest and most respected wine industry service providers, delivering premium sourcing, packing, and shipping solutions for both domestic and international clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Winery Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting our Production and Winemaking teams while ensuring seamless operations across our business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating wine movements for production.
- Overseeing winery software operations to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Managing the logistics, transport, and compliance for bulk and packaged wine, including D2C, D2B, and export orders.
- Assisting with inventory management of dry goods and finished goods.
- Providing general support to the production and winery teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, energetic, and proactive, with a genuine passion for wine and the wine industry. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.
Essential skills and attributes:
- A genuine love of wine and interest in the wine industry.
- Robust understanding of wine production processes and bottling specifications.
- Knowledge of Wine Australia's Compliance Guide, including the Label Integrity Program (LIP), blending rules, and export market compliance.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with Vinsight / EZY Wine software (advantageous, but not essential).
