Teaching Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified educator to provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To deliver engaging and interactive learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
\
2. To work collaboratively with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement learning strategies.
\
3. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to National Quality Standards.
\
4. To build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and teamwork.
\
5. To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, using data to inform instruction.
\
6. To participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.
\
7. To contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, fostering a sense of community and belonging among staff members.
\
8. To undertake additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
\
\
9. A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is essential.
\
10. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is required.
\
11. A current Western Australia Working with Children Check is necessary.
\
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
\
13. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
\
14. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
\
15. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
