We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration during the construction phase of renewable energy projects. Key responsibilities include managing variations, extensions of time (EOTs), claims, and serving as a commercial advisor to stakeholders to ensure project momentum.
Responsibilities
1. Administer head contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
2. Assess and manage contractor claims, including EOTs and variations; lead negotiations for resolution.
3. Coordinate with project, legal, and commercial teams for contract management support.
4. Prepare documentation for approvals, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
5. Support contract close-out, lessons learned, and project handover processes.
6. Identify contractual risks and assist in mitigation efforts.
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing EOTs, variations, and claims in complex construction projects.
* Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills.
* Knowledge of renewable project contracts, including EPC and supplier agreements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
