You’ll manage a team of operators, optimize workflow, and contribute to process improvements that support the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead brake press operations, and supervise workshop personnel, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Plan and coordinate press shop activities to meet production schedules Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues Ensure all components meet quality standards and specifications Enforce WHS policies and conduct regular safety checks Identify opportunities for process improvement and support lean initiatives Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with management What We’re Looking For Trade qualification in metal fabrication, mechanical engineering, or related field.
