Job Summary
This role involves the accurate processing of end-to-end payrolls for all employees on a fortnightly basis. It also entails maintaining and updating employee payroll records to ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, Australian payroll legislation and internal policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing employee leave entitlements, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments in a timely manner while responding to queries related to payslips, tax, leave balances, and other payroll-related concerns.
They will apply knowledge of Long Service Leave regulations, considering the specific rules for each State and Territory, and manage Centrelink Paid Parental Leave payments and Workers' Compensation payments effectively.
To maintain efficiency, the incumbent will need to stay on top of the payroll inbox and workflow, utilizing tools like Service Now.
