**About the role**
The Platinum Sales Consultant is responsible for contacting prospective and existing Coates customers. They provide an exceptional customer experience through building rapport and managing customer concerns while selling, upselling and cross selling Coates Hire equipment solutions.
The key objective is to increase our revenue spend from each customer and give love to our customers through marketing campaigns and providing support to internal sales people.
Working closely with the Customer Support Centre Manager you will be provided with best practice methodologies to achieve your key responsibilities, which include the following:
- Source, qualify and nurture new leads to build our pipeline
- Provide superior customer service with outstanding ability to build rapport and trust
- Follow campaign briefs and nurture the customer journey to achieve desired campaign results
- Achieve your personal campaign KPIs, and support team performance measures
**Skills required for this role**:
- Outbound or Sales experience essential (call centre or sales contact centre)
- Experience working to targets and/or KPIs
- Be an enthusiastic and adaptable team player
- Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate resilience
