The Opportunity Provide day-to-day and big picture support to a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their Workplace Relations team of lawyers. Work on a variety of business and government department matters involving workplace health and safety, industrial relations, anti-discrimination and more. Duties Preparing court documents and client correspondence Performing legal research and obtaining material in support of a case, including medical, financial and claim records Arranging appointments, and managing diaries Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Assisting with billing and financial reporting requirements Skills & Experience At least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail High level organisation and prioritisation Initiative and team-oriented approach Culture & Benefits Be a part of a genuine and dedicated team culture where everyone is a meaningful contributor.
