About The Role We are seeking a passionate Events Manager for our Rent a Tent division. You will plan, organize, and execute events to promote the Rent a Tent brand and engage customers, creating unique outdoor experiences aligned with our adventure ethos. Your Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all event aspects including logistics, budgeting, and timelines. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies for events. Work with vendors and suppliers to secure resources, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Engage with customers to understand their needs and improve their event experience. Assess event success via data and feedback; implement improvements. Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, and schedules. Requirements About You The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, passionate about outdoor events, with proven event management experience. Minimum 2 years in event planning or management, preferably in outdoor or travel sectors. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in event management software. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
