Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to manage our client's dynamic operations. As the central point of contact for scheduling and managing service activities, you will work closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs.
* Optimise scheduling for efficient use of resources.
* Facilitate site entry and mobilisation requirements.
* Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules for urgent requests.
* Determine customer service needs and recommend tailored service plans.
* Evaluate timely application of costs to work orders and generate invoices post-service.
* Ensure accurate records and update relevant databases.
* Prepare reports on service utilisation and customer outcomes.
* Assist in improving service coordination processes and procedures.
