Receptionist/Accounts Assistant Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our team as a Receptionist/Accounts Assistant.

* You will be the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
* Manage the reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies efficiently.
* Handle the admin inbox and assist with documentation, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
* Enter accounts data precisely into MYOB and match POs to invoices promptly.
* Assist with accounts payable tasks and general finance administration.
* Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with internal teams and clients.
* Keep records tidy and information up-to-date regularly.
* Run local errands occasionally to ensure smooth operations.
