As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives while developing your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Please note that this is a 3-month secondment opportunity. A few of your responsibilities: Raising Purchase orders and receipting Provide briefings in creative updates Uploading creative into LOTJ for approvals to ensure compliance Assisting with planning for venue bookings and property activations Distribution of collateral material to venues What are we looking for: Availability to work a Permanent Part Time roster from Tuesday through Friday (20 hours contracted per week) Previous and relevant experience or qualification in administrative functions and office practices Experience in Hospitality, Food and Beverage highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office (or equivalent software), including Word, Excel, and presentation tools Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information About you: With your exceptional attention to detail and administrative experience, you will take pride in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.
