Senior Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Executive Directors of our organisation. As the cornerstone of our leadership team's operations, you will provide seamless administrative support while fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries and responding on behalf of the Executive Director when required. You will also facilitate meetings and correspondence, coordinate responses, and follow up on outstanding matters.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a senior executive assistant, with advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite. They will possess comprehensive knowledge of executive office practices and procedures, high discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information, and adhere to legislation, policies, and procedures.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in professional networks and forums relevant to the role and support and provide coverage for the Executive Assistant Team as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Director
* Facilitate meetings and correspondence
* Manage enquiries and respond on behalf of the Executive Director
* Coordinate responses and follow up on outstanding matters
Requirements:
* Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration or equivalent
* Current drivers' licence
* A current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
* A current NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
* National Police Check (relevance of outcomes will be considered)
