Warranty Clerk Opportunity at Keystar – Kippa – Ring
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Clerk to join our team. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Receiving and reviewing warranty claims from customers, dealers, or service providers.
2. Verifying warranty coverage and completeness of documentation.
3. Entering warranty data into the system and maintaining records.
4. Communicating with stakeholders to gather additional information.
5. Tracking warranty claims from initiation to resolution.
6. Maintaining warranty documentation and manuals.
Qualifications include proven experience as a Warranty Clerk or similar role, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, relationship-building abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
