About the Role
My client, a well-established Aged Care provider, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join their facility near Hamilton Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leadership role where you'll make a genuine difference in the lives of residents and their families by ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
- Oversee resident assessments and ensure care plans are accurate, up to date, and individualised.
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
- Support and develop staff through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive culture of respect, compassion, and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
- 2+ years team leadership experience within residential aged care.
- In-depth knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, compliance, and governance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently based in Australia with full working rights.
