Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Biotechnology Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and test novel cyanobacterial biologics, including monoclonal antibodies, VLP vaccines, & therapeutic proteins.
* Manage lab resources, oversee smooth functioning of the lab & key processes.
* Support in vitro & preclinical evaluation of biologics, collaborate with biochemistry team & CTO.
* Update CTO and Executive on status and timelines for biologics & preclinical material preparation.
* Manage preclinical material production, collaborate with preclinical testing collaborators.
Requirements
* BSc or MSc in Bioscience, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Pharmacology, Immunology or closely-related area.
* At least 1 year experience in experimental work within a life sciences laboratory.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills, experience working in a team environment.
