Civil Leading Hand/ Supervisor
The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Leading Hand with the capability to step up into a supervisory position as required. This role is ideal for someone with proven civil experience and the confidence to lead small teams in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support crews on daily civil and paint/ blast works
• Oversee daily operations, including earthworks, pipe fitting, drainage, and paint and blast
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety checks
• Promote a strong safety-first culture
• Oversee quality control and adherence to site and project specifications
The successful applicant will have:
• Proven leading hand or supervisor experience (Schedule 26 desirable)
• High Risk Work Licence (EWP), Working at Heights, Confined Spaces
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
• Previous experience at South32 or similar processing plant desirable
