HAYS Chermside are proud to partner with a long-term client within the maintenance, service and installation industry. This organisation covers the wider Brisbane area and are looking forward to welcome on an Scheduler to provide support in their scheduling and administration team.
**Your new role**
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to
- Creating service jobs in simpro
- Inbox management
- Liaising extensively with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing, editing and sending correspondence
- Work various and multiple programs and portals at any given time
- Additional administration support as required by the sales team
- Overseeing Service Coordinators and/or trainee in the service/install department
- Scheduling and coordination of 4-7 Service Technicians, 7-10 jobs per day
- Creating service jobs in simpro
- Inbox management
- Oversee scheduling work and associated paperwork
- Liaising extensively with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Attending Management meetings
- Work various and multiple programs and portals at any given time
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong scheduling back round
- Able to prioritise effectively and managing conflicting deadlines
- "Can do" positive attitude
- Able to handle high volume environments and remain calm when under pressure
- Previous experience working in similar sales administration, customer service and scheduling positions
- Exposure to SimPRO
