Animal Referral Hospital Wollongong is a well‐established small animal emergency hospital, we provide emergency and overnight care for the entire Illawarra region and pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of patient care.
Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to critically ill and injured patients
* Collaborate with our skilled veterinary team to deliver timely and effective emergency treatments
* Monitor patients closely, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures as needed
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
* Offer support and guidance to pet owners during stressful situations
Ideal Candidate
* Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
* Previous experience with complex emergency cases
* Ability to provide high quality patient care even in busy conditions
* Friendly, team player attitude
* Flexibility to work across days, evenings, overnight, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
