The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for creating innovative, trend-driven dishes that showcase their culinary expertise. They will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft Modern Menus: Develop and implement new menu ideas that reflect current culinary trends.
* Dietary Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Culture and Efficiency: Foster a positive, inclusive kitchen culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and efficiency.
* Cost Control: Collaborate with our procurement team to optimize food costs and minimize waste.
* Hygiene and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights.
* Physically based in the Perth metropolitan area or willing to relocate.
* Great flexibility and availability.
* A minimum of 2 years of à la carte experience in a similar role (hotel background preferred).
