About Our Client

Job Description
* Oversee engineering delivery across assigned telecommunications infrastructure projects
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering resources and internal/external stakeholders
* Manage engineering schedule, risks, priorities and deliverables
* Represent engineering in project meetings with clients and PMs
* Lead design reviews and Safety in Design processes
* Prepare and review scopes for subcontractors and suppliers
* Support on-site activities including installation and commissioning
* Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
* 8+ years' experience in engineering delivery within EPC or related environments
* Background in telecommunications, mining, oil & gas or defence sectors
* Skilled in engineering project controls, change management, and stakeholder engagement
* Proven ability to interpret technical scopes and deliver to schedule
* Strong knowledge of design, commissioning, and construction processes
* Confident managing subcontractors and technical queries
* Chartered or eligible for MIEAust/CPEng (highly regarded)
