You will become the central financial hub for Nilpeter's companies in Denmark, the USA, India, England, Thailand and Brazil
You will be given responsibility - and corresponding freedom
You play a key role in our global ERP implementation (IFS) and the future BI set-up
You take initiative and set the direction within performance optimisation, process improvements and data quality
You will get a unique opportunity to influence the Group's management model and reporting structure
You will be responsible for Nilpeter's ESG reporting and the development of the data foundation
Your key areas of responsibility
You will have a broad role with wide scope – both operationally and strategically:
Financial controlling & performance management
Group reporting, consolidation and KPI follow-up
Budgets, forecasts, pre-/post-calculations and business cases
Sparring with subsidiaries and support to local finance functions
Improve, standardise and automate reporting and controlling processes
Ensure high data quality and strong governance across countries
Further develop the Group's BI platform (Cognos)
Strategic projects
Active role in global implementation and ongoing operation and optimisation of the ERP system (IFS)
Development of the Group's reporting model
Transfer Pricing tasks and documentation
Responsible for Nilpeter's ESG reporting and for developing the ESG data foundation, measurement methods and reporting flow
Who are you?

Has a relevant education (HD(R), Cand.Merc.
, Cand.Oecon, MSc.
or similar)
Has experience with controlling in an international company
Can take charge and independently bring improvements to life
Has strong analytical skills – and equally strong communication skills
Is an advanced Excel user and used to working in a data-driven way
Thrives in a role with many relationships, complex issues and a high degree of independence
Is motivated by creating structure, optimising processes and raising the level across business areas
Has an interest in – or experience with – ESG reporting
