About the Role
As our Farm Administration Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within the business. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Assisting with payroll data entry and timesheet processing
* Coordinating deliveries and supplier documentation
* Supporting compliance and general office administration
* Assisting management with reports and documentation
About You
* Previous administration or clerical experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in agriculture or logistics (advantageous but not essential)
