Are you a Concreter or labourer with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering quality results? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Cairns (Northern Beaches).
About the Role:
Concreter
As part of our dedicated crew, you will be responsible for a range of concreting tasks, including:
* Reading and interpreting plans (Preferred but not essential)
* Form, screed and finish concrete to high standard
* Confident in working unsupervised when necessary
Labourer
· Assisting with site preparation and clean‑up
* Supporting formwork setup and concrete pours
* Using basic hand and power tools safely
* Working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* Following instructions and maintaining a safe worksite
* Being reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience in concreting/construction (concreter)
* Confident in screeding and finishing to a high standard (concreter)
* Driver's license a must
* Strong commitment to teamwork and quality
* Professional attitude
