Responsibilities
* You will be making outbound calls to existing customers to confirm and make appointments for yearly maintenance.
* You will use state‐of‐the‐art technology to communicate through electronic platforms.
* You will provide customer service and support through telephone and text messaging.
* You will liaise with Puratap customers and provide customer service assistance.
* You will receive individual attention and support from our Management team and the existing team.
