We’re adding to our leadership team and looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Australian Civil sales team and drive commercial excellence across Bridges, Maritime, and Rail products. What you'll Do:
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of three Sales Engineers/BDMs across Australia.
* Drive Growth: Expand into new regions and verticals, ensuring strong pipelines and market activity.
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a sales roadmap aligned with our 3/5/10‑year vision.
* Commercial Excellence: Monitor quotas, optimize processes, and report projected cash flows to the GM.
* Data‑Driven Management: Consolidate reporting and maintain dashboards to keep the team on track.

* Strong leadership experience in sales teams.
* Background in construction systems or componentry sales.
