About the Role: As a Part-time Diversional Therapist, you will implement, coordinate and evaluate diversional therapy programs that promote productive and fulfilling lifestyles for residents. Working within the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, you will deliver group social activities, individual stimulation programs, and tailored emotional support to residents with varying cognitive and physical needs. You will contribute to care planning and objective setting, ensuring activity programs align with individual goals and enhance overall wellbeing. In addition to direct resident engagement, you may provide guidance and supervision to staff involved in activity delivery.
