A key function of the Capability branch is the Education Futures Institute (EFI) that delivers high-quality, targeted and evidence-informed capability development for a multi-disciplinary workforce. About The Role As the School Business Coach within the Education Futures Institute, you will work to deliver a coherent and system-wide approach to high quality, targeted capability development for school leaders and business managers. Key Functions Of This Role Include Collaborate with school leaders and business managers to provide targeted coaching and capability development to enhance school business and operational management practices. Provide specialised advice and high-level support matched to the context of each school and in line with system-identified priorities. Use evidence-based approaches to ensure coaching and capability development is supportive, job-embedded, collaborative and accessible across the state. Develop collaborative approaches with school leaders and business managers focussing on effective school business and operational management practices.
