Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is looking for a E&I Technician - Licensed to join our E&I team at Karratha for Perdaman’s Ammonia & Urea project. Perdaman, a leading player in the fertiliser industry with its corporate office in Western Australia, is looking for a candidate to fulfill the responsibilities and experience as mentioned below.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
Electrician with full electrical license in Australia and Certificate-IV in Instrumentation or
Australian Licensed Electrician with demonstrable experience in process instrumentation
Experience:
Electrician with full electrical license in Australia and Certificate-IV in Instrumentation or
Australian Licensed Electrician with demonstrable experience in process instrumentation
Skills & Competencies:
High Voltage Switching ticket (or willing to get a ticket before joining).
Should have First Aid trailing including CPR.
Familiar with electrical switching programs, SLDs, GA/IA and wiring schematics.
Abilities to read P&IDs, Loop drawings, Cause and effect diagrams, logic diagrams, datasheets etc.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as HART, Modbus, OPC, and Profibus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across functions.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
The candidate should be willing to learn new skills related to area of responsibility
