Position Overview: We are seeking ONE experienced residential cleaner to join our team, servicing Penrith and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work and values the freedom to manage their own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeep Cleaning: Execute professional housekeeping cleans from start to finish, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough deep cleans with attention to detail, meeting all required standards successfully
- End of Lease Cleaning: Complete end-of-lease cleans to specification, understanding the complete process to ensure bond return standards
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy service that upholds TidyStar Cleaning's reputation
- Manage your own schedule while meeting agreed client bookings
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- Drive to client locations (travel expenses reimbursed)

Minimum Requirements: ✅
- 1+ years of residential cleaning experience (essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional presentation and communication skills
