Role Summary
Hudson RPO seeks an experienced Recruiter to support a global client in the specialty chemicals and manufacturing industry, focusing on water treatment, life sciences, and industrial solutions.
Based in Melbourne, this hybrid role partners with onsite teams, hiring managers, and HR partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across engineering, sales & marketing, commercial, and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles.
Hiring manager partnership: build relationships with hiring leaders and advise on market trends.
Talent sourcing: use direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking within relevant sectors.
Candidate experience: deliver a high-touch, engaging experience aligned with the client's brand.
Diversity & inclusion: promote inclusive hiring aligned with global D&I objectives.
Market intelligence: share insights on competitor activity, talent trends, and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications & Preferences
Proven TA experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, chemical, water treatment, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
Tech-savvy with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication, consultative and proactive.
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
