We are seeking a skilled Submissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will play a vital role in crafting winning bids and contributing to the company's growth and success.
* Assist the submissions team with coordinating and compiling documentation for tenders
* Create bespoke graphics for internal and external communications
* Format submission documents throughout the tender process
* Coordinate with pre-construction, estimating, and management teams on tender responsibilities and deliverables
* Assist in proofing, editing, and writing documents
* Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working on bids/tenders/submissions within a commercial construction company and possess advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and impactful, and committed to contributing to a high-performing team and culture.
