Key RequirementsDeliver professional service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, and when interacting with customers and clientsProactively communicate transparent advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholdersDocument decisions, reasons, ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claimsPrevious experience as a Loss Adjuster is desirable; similar skills in related service industries are highly regardedLoss Adjusting qualifications preferred, or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industryTrade qualifications would be advantageousCurrent and valid driver's licence
