About the role
As a Care Worker supporting clients in Nowra and surrounding areas, you will be part of the BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to clients in their own homes. Your duties may include household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.
You will also develop genuine connections with clients to help them live their best possible lives.

We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts, direct access to a dedicated supervisor, a mobile phone for emails, rosters and client care plans, and support from a dedicated learning and development team to aid your ongoing professional development and career pathways.
Earnings are $32.86/hr (unqualified) – $34.59/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour, and paid travel time and mileage between clients.
What do we need from you?
You must hold an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, own a reliable vehicle with at least Third‑Party Property Damage Insurance, possess strong communication skills, resilience, patience, and be proficient in the use of smartphone technology, apps and email.
