Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the construction and maintenance process at our mine site in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing operators, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality work.
The role involves managing a crew undertaking road maintenance and civil works, overseeing the setup and execution of daily tasks according to project plans and instructions, and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a crew undertaking road maintenance and civil works.
* Oversee the setup and execution of daily civil and road maintenance tasks according to project plans and instructions.
* Ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Section 26 Classification.
* An Australian C class motor vehicle license.
* Proven supervisory experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or earthmoving, preferably within a mine site environment.
* Solid understanding of civil plant and equipment operation, maintenance, and servicing requirements.
* Experience managing teams.
* Experience with site-based administration, including timesheet and reporting processes.
