They are looking to hire a Technical Architect for a long-term contract assignment.Your new roleAs a skilled Technical Architect, you'll lead technical coordination for infrastructure and environmental projects, acting as the main contact for project managers, technical teams, and vendors. You'll ensure the delivery of secure, scalable solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and ArchitectureLead end to end solution design for infrastructure and security upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, secure and adaptable to evolving business needs.Define architecture standards, patterns and reference models across systems.Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, deployment models and integration strategies.Project DeliveryTranslate business and functional requirements into detailed architecture specifications.Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, vendors and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.Support and guide delivery teams throughout the build, test and deployment phases.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a technical lead in workshops, design reviews and governance forums.Communicate architectural decisions, risks and recommendations to stakeholders and multiple levels.What you'll need to succeedTo achieve success in this role, you'll need to possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
