**About the Role**
Reporting into our fabulous Head of Enterprise Capability, this brand-spanking new role will play a large part towards executing on our enterprise capability strategy. As our Capability Partner - Enterprise you’ll scope, design, curate and continuously improve learning programmes, campaigns and performance support tools that build the capabilities critical for BOQ Group to deliver on immediate and long-term business needs. You’ll partner with our People & Culture teams to design, build and deliver scalable, holistic, and fit for purpose solutions to deliver on not just our Enterprise Capability but also our Talent Strategy. You’ll be the go-to Capability Partner for key teams to enable the mapping and build of the technical capabilities required across these divisions.
With a focus on building leadership capability across multi-branded divisions, this role will work closely with Capability teams firmly embedded in other areas to contextualise capability initiatives to ensure they are fit for purpose. You’ll develop bespoke learning content and resources in accordance with identified development needs of specific divisions, along with owning the learner experience for BOQ Group onboarding, capability uplift and leadership learning programmes. With your extensive experience working within a Senior Capability/Learning Development environment you come armed effective and creative written and verbal communication. You pride yourself on human centred design, bringing along a systems-thinking mindset which is recognised in your delivery of engaging classroom and workshop facilitation skills.
