We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing transformation environment supporting a range of business-led initiatives across a large, complex financial services ecosystem.
This role sits within a dynamic delivery environment supporting multiple concurrent transformation initiatives across a major superannuation and financial services partnership, as well as broader member services operations. The work spans business process improvement, operational uplift, and delivery support across both business and technology streams.
This is a genuinely varied BA role where you'll be operating across multiple initiatives rather than a single stream of work. You'll need to be comfortable stepping into ambiguity, shaping clarity, and helping teams move from concept through to delivery and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Working across business and technology stakeholders to elicit, define and document requirements
* Facilitating workshops and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
* Analyzing current-state processes and support the design of future-state operating models
* Translating business needs into clear artefacts including user stories, process maps and functional documentation
* Supporting end-to-end delivery from discovery through implementation and business readiness
* Contributing to operational and process improvement initiatives across member services
* Navigating a regulated financial services environment with strong governance discipline
* Supporting delivery teams in prioritisation, clarification and solution shaping activities
You will bring:
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst within superannuation or broader financial services
* Proven ability to operate across both business and technology domains
* Experience working on transformation, operational improvement, or complex change programs
* Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability
* Ability to translate complex business problems into structured, delivery-ready requirements
* Confidence working in ambiguous, fast-paced, multi-stream environments
* A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach with strong attention to detail
