Nurse Unit Manager - Tanjil Unit (Medical & Surgical)
Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Nurse Unit Manager to join our Tanjil Unit on a full time, ongoing basis.
Reporting to the General Manager Critical Services the successful applicant will play an important role in managing, co-ordinating, leading and developing the unit, ensuring patient centred care, and the achievement of a high standard of quality patient outcomes. The Tanjil Unit is a 40 bed Surgical Unit with number of surgical specialties including Orthopaedics, General, Urology, Vascular and ENT.

6. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a team
7. Sound clinical knowledge, skills and a minimum of 5 years clinical experience
8. Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary service delivery framework
9. A commitment to ongoing professional training and development
