Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, repairs, and belt splicing on conveyor systems.
* Inspect and assess conveyor belts for wear, damage, or required upgrades.
* Conduct hot and cold splicing with precision and efficiency.
* Adhere to site safety and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and high productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in belt splicing within mining or heavy industrial environments.
* Relevant Belt Splicing Certification (Level 2 preferred).
* High-risk licenses (e.g., EWP, Working at Heights) highly regarded.
* Current White Card.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
