Leading a team of MEP professionals to deliver high-quality services on various projects including Defence, Health and Commercial is a key objective for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing effective strategies for MEP service delivery.
* Managing the performance of our team to achieve project goals.
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities for MEP cost management.
* Providing expert advice on feasibility studies and procurement reports.
* Preparing and presenting detailed cost plans to clients.
* Ensuring timely resolution of post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
Requirements:
* Must be based in Australia with full working rights.
* A recognised degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering is desirable.
* MRICS / AIQS accreditation or equivalent is ideal.
* Relevant work experience, preferably in a consultancy environment.
* Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
* Experience in the cost management sector.
* Proficiency in the use of CostX software.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering quality results.
* Interest in alternative technologies and ecologically sustainable design practices.
